I dont ordinarily use travel agents, but needed to get my 90 y.o. mom to Italy and back safely. Olja booked the best flights she could to accomodate our needs but even then all the flights were cancelled by BA while we were in the middle of nowhere in Italy with no internet access. By the time I contacted Olja she had rebooked us on even better flights. That alone earned her 5 stars in my book. We wanted to visit several cities in Italy that a typical guided bus tour would not provide. Preferred Travel Services was a goldmine of information and advice that not only made our trip a reality, but created an itinerary that made our independent travel experience go as smooth as silk. Best experience working with a travel agent ever! This was my first time planning a school field trip for a group of 24, and Ashley made this a seamless process! Every detail was planned and went perfectly! I look forward to working with Preferred Travel for all of my school field trips and any personal travel plans I make! Olja was wonderful. Extraordinary customer  service!!!  She helped my 21 yro granddaughter ready herself for traveling alone in Europe for an educational study abroad program. This travel agency is the most friendly and knowledgeable. Nancy is very experienced at assisting you in getting the best value for airline flights and hotels.  Plus, she makes her detailed search for you in person a pleasant experience.  This was my first time using this agency and definitely it will not be my last.
